As part of your access to this Site, you will be able to claim up to 17 complimentary product samples from across the La Roche-Posay, CeraVe, Vichy and SkinCeuticals brands for use by your patients. These will be sent to the address you provide at the time where you claim your free product samples and will be sent to such address no later than 1 month from when the request is made. L’Oréal assumes that acceptance by you of these products is in compliance with any healthcare professional policy on gifting and entertainment applicable to you.
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY – SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of our Site. When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate, and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:
- Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
- Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to our site.
- Issue of a warning to you.
- Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.

If you are a business, these Terms, their subject matter and formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS
